G Series

Introducing our latest HeatMasterss outdoor wood boiler that will revolutionize the way you heat your home.

Through the power of gasification, and using wood already available to you, this is the best alternative heating method to eliminate your heating bill while providing long lasting heat.

Through meticulous research and stringent quality control procedures, we consistently hold the highest efficiency rating burning in real world conditions in the industry.

Two Reasons to Choose a
Gasification Boiler

You have access to seasoned wood

Gasification boilers require dry seasoned wood in order to efficiently utilize the gasification process. If you have access to firewood, you can benefit from the free heating and energy independence of our G series boiler.

You value efficiency

Gasification boilers can use 30% to 50% less wood than a conventional style wood boiler. If you want to save time collecting, splitting, and loading wood, our G series boiler is right for you.

  • EZ Clean Handle

Cleans heat exchange tubes quickly and easily.

  • Cruise Control for Your Furnace

Oxygen and fuel (smoke) are precisely mixed to achieve the desired BTU output while maximizing performance and reducing emissions in all conditions.

  • Smokeless Loading Handle

The Smokeless Loading Handle turns on the fan and vacuums the smoke up the chimney and away from you while loading.

  • Large Capacity Firebox

With a larger firebox, the G Series can heat a greater area while increasing time between loading the furnace. The full refractory floor provides consistent heat from corner to corner so the wood burns consistently and doesn’t “bridge” or hang up.

  • Ultra Efficient Heat Exchanger

More efficient heat transfer to your water means few BTUs wasted and more heat for your home.

  • Tornado Combustion Chamber (Patent Pending)

The longer chamber swirls the hot air in a tight spiral, meaning a more complete combustion resulting in higher efficiency, lower emissions and reduced fuel consumption.

  • Large Utility Access Panel

Convenient access to plumbing, fan motor and electrical components.

  • Recirculation Pump

Faster heat when you need it thanks to the recirculation pump that keeps the water temperature consistent from top to bottom and provides greater heat storage capacity.

  • Spray Foam Insulation

Minimize heat loss thanks to closed cell spray foam that provides a seamless, dense insulation with an outstanding R-value, forming an effective air barrier.

How Gasification Works in Your
HeatMaster Boiler

A – Maximize Your Fuel

Airflow to the top and bottom burn chambers is controlled independently with dual modulating dampers. An oxygen sensor optimizes the flow of air into the Tornado Combustion Chamber resulting in the cleanest and most efficient burn available.

B – Complete Combustion

Complete combustion is achieved as the oxygen and wood gasses swirl in tight spirals within the Tornado Combustion Chamber. Peak temperatures are maintained thanks to the mass of the refractory, and the chamber’s double pass allows enough time to burn all available fuel.

C – High-Efficiency Heat Exchange Tubes

Heat exchange tubes with spiral turbulators transfer the maximum amount of heat to your water jacket, ensuring every available BTU can be used.

Use our Sizing Your Furnace calculator here!

To choose the perfect size of furnace, you’ll need to know how many BTUs your buildings require.

For a helpful ballpark calculation, think about your insulation level

Now, add the total sq. ft. you are heating (house, garage, barn, etc.). Remember, for a basement, divide the sq ft. by half and add it to your total. So a 1,200 sq. ft. basement would actually only add 600 sq. ft. to your total.
